Certiface of analysis
At SoulGreen Wellness, trust and transparency matter. We want you to feel confident about the products you purchase from us and understand how to access important product testing information.
SoulGreen Wellness is a New Jersey-based wellness marketplace that carries products from trusted third-party brands, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and fulfillment partners. For CBD, hemp-derived, cannabinoid, supplement, botanical, and other applicable wellness products, lab results or Certificates of Analysis may be provided by the product manufacturer and tied to a specific batch or lot number.
What Is a Certificate of Analysis?
A Certificate of Analysis, often called a COA, is a lab report that provides information about a product's contents, quality, potency, and safety testing. Depending on the product, a COA may include information such as:
CBD, THC, or other cannabinoid levels
Ingredient or potency testing
Heavy metals testing
Pesticide testing
Residual solvent testing
Microbial testing
Mycotoxin testing
Batch or lot number
Testing date
Laboratory information
New Jersey's Cannabis Regulatory Commission describes a COA as a lab test report that provides information on the safety, quality, and potency of a cannabis product. The NJ-CRC requires cannabis products sold at New Jersey dispensaries to undergo licensed third-party testing before sale to consumers.
How to Find a COA for Your Product
Because many products sold through SoulGreen Wellness are made and fulfilled by third-party brands or suppliers, the most accurate COA is usually the one connected to the specific batch or lot number on your product packaging.
To find the COA for your product, you may be able to:
Scan the QR code on the product label or package
Use the batch or lot number printed on the package
Visit the brand's official lab results or COA lookup page
Check the product page on SoulGreen Wellness for a lab results link, when available
Contact SoulGreen Wellness for help locating the applicable COA
Because COAs are often batch-specific, a general product COA may not always match the exact product you received. The batch or lot number on your package is the best way to confirm the correct lab result.
Our Marketplace Approach
SoulGreen Wellness does not manufacture most products sold on our website. We work with third-party brands and suppliers that are responsible for producing, testing, labeling, packaging, and providing product-specific lab results where applicable.
Before listing applicable CBD, hemp-derived, cannabinoid, or other wellness products, SoulGreen Wellness expects supplier partners to provide or maintain access to appropriate product testing information.
When available, we may provide direct links to brand lab results pages or COA lookup tools on individual product pages.
Third-Party Brand Lab Results
For third-party products, COAs are typically created, maintained, and updated by the product manufacturer or brand. This means:
COAs may vary by batch or lot
The brand's COA lookup page may be the most current source
The COA may be updated after a product page is published
Product packaging may include the most accurate QR code or batch lookup instructions
SoulGreen Wellness may rely on supplier-provided lab information
If there is ever a difference between a general COA link and the batch-specific COA available through the product package or manufacturer lookup tool, the batch-specific COA should be treated as the most relevant source.
New Jersey and Product Testing
SoulGreen Wellness is based in New Jersey and takes product transparency seriously. New Jersey has active rules and guidance related to cannabis, hemp, and intoxicating hemp-derived products. The New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission explains that all cannabis products sold at New Jersey dispensaries require a COA and licensed third-party testing.
New Jersey has also enacted rules for intoxicating hemp-derived products, with the NJ-CRC noting that the state's newer framework addresses products such as hemp-derived cannabinoids, THC-A, delta-8, delta-10, and chemically synthesized or manufactured cannabinoids.
SoulGreen Wellness may choose not to sell certain products or may remove products from the website if lab results, supplier documentation, product labeling, or legal status are unclear.
Product Information May Change
Product formulas, ingredients, packaging, labels, batch numbers, lab results, testing dates, warnings, and availability may change over time.
We work to keep product information helpful and current, but we cannot guarantee that every product page will always reflect the latest batch-specific lab result. For that reason, customers should always review the product label, packaging, QR code, batch number, and manufacturer lab results before using a product.
